Experienced coaches, coaches that have two season prior experience, are required to attend experienced coaches training each year. This program will be evolving each season to allow new areas of growth and reminders in others. Like students, coaches are always learning, developing, and evolving in new areas and skills for guiding an Odyssey of the Mind team through this journey of creativity.
